Our Core Values:

Own Your Shit

We expect our staff and clients to take fearless responsibility for themselves. We embrace accountability and we do not make excuses when we miss the mark, we are all actively growing so missing the mark is ok. We believe that autonomy, transparency, and honest feedback fuel growth and lasting change.

Walk The Walk

Staff will not ask clients to do anything that we are not willing and able to do. The majority of our staff are 12-Steppers, from case managers to clinicians to senior leadership. When we ask clients to go to meetings, get a sponsor, and work the steps, it’s because we’re doing those things too.

Generosity

We are generous with our time, in the diversity of our programming, with our the size and comfort of our homes, with our kindness and compassion, in client perks... on and on. We give a lot, so we can ask our clients to give more than they ever have before for their recovery.

Demand Excellence

Our clients are capable of amazing things. We set high goals for our people and we absolutely believe that they can achieve it. We’re gonna make you aim higher than working a lifetime in fast food, and we’re going to hold you accountable to it.

What's the Point?

Is what we're doing actually serving our clients? Why are we here? It’s not to get billable hours, or to give someone a laminated certificate after 6 months of clean drug screens. We play the long game. Our goal is for our clients to experience 10, 20, 30+ years of sobriety. Our programming is built to give them that, and our above average outcomes confirm it.

Person First, Addict Second

We put our clients humanity before his history. We use “people-first” language. Ex: We don’t treat addicts – we treat men who are suffering with addiction. Our program was built with men in mind; we understand that recovery can't begin until he feels respected, secure, and dignified. We help men build emotional strength and purpose beyond work, status, or performance.
