Sober Living
At Veda, we take the care of our residents seriously—offering more than just a place to stay. Our comprehensive daily wellness program, weekly Resident Rewards Program, and optional Housing Fee Reimbursement Program set our sober living apart. These offerings are designed to recognize growth, encourage responsibility, and help men build real-world financial stability as they transition out of group living.
We believe in the power of brotherhood and shared experiences, which is why we take our residents out for group outings—like movie nights, game nights, or a shared meal out—to build connection and camaraderie.
This is sober living redefined. Our homes are clean, updated, and thoughtfully maintained, with shared rooms that offer comfort, privacy, and space—just one roommate per room.

A peaceful and supportive environment is crucial for the mental and emotional well being of anyone, especially individuals in treatment. We prioritize a comfortable, clean, and supportive environment by never exceeding two men per room. This ensures personal space and privacy which are essential for effective recovery. Our focus is on quality care, not on maximizing occupancy.

In addition to IOP group five times a week, we provide frequent opportunities and a full schedule with recovery related activities.
We have house unity days with a bond building activity in the home (Play a game, cook a meal together, etc) or going out to the movies.
We have fitness days, providing resources and accountability for the group to go to the gym or to the woods for a nature hike.
We have service opportunities, either supporting the garden, doing yard work, cleaning community spaces or volunteering.
-
Each week we recognize a resident with outstanding progress and commitment to recovery with our Resident Rewards Program. In addition to being recognized among their peers, they’ll get to choose from a variety of rewards. Rewards include gift cards to places like Starbucks, Uber, DoorDash, Amazon, or the movies!
The Resident Rewards Program fosters active recovery in an engaging and enjoyable way, promoting the development of positive thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to long-term sobriety.

The Housing Fee Reimbursement Program is designed for men in their final months of recovery, offering an optional opportunity to build financial stability. A portion of the program fee is set aside and refunded to the resident upon successful completion of the program. This reimbursement can then be used to secure housing and other essential needs as they transition out of our group homes. The program aims to provide a financial cushion, promoting independence and confidence as they re-enter the community.
-
We encourage each resident to embrace a healthy lifestyle by providing gym memberships and ensuring access to fitness and wellness activities for all.
-
We provide comprehensive and individualized support in navigating social services, transportation, legal matters, housing, and other essential resources to aid in recovery and reintegration into society.

At Veda, we understand that service work is integral to the recovery process. To foster a sense of responsibility and community, each resident is assigned weekly house chores. This not only helps maintain a clean and supportive living environment but also instills valuable life skills and a sense of ownership in their home.
